We are currently seeking a Provider Field Representative. This position will be based in New Mexico (Santa Fe or Albuquerque) and will be responsible for training physicians, nurses and other medical office staff on the use and operation of Electronic Health Records (EHR) software. Conducts training sessions utilizing a wide variety of principles and techniques and evaluates training effectiveness achieving customer satisfaction. Training to clients will be via multiple delivery methods which include on-site, web-based and classroom training. Develops implementation plans and schedules and coordinates training activities with internal project counterparts.



Preferred Job Skills

Experience working in a healthcare setting or an understanding of the healthcare preferred, but not required. Must be comfortable working with healthcare providers, their staff, and provider organizations.

MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL WITHIN NEW MEXICO 70-75%.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills required. Must have strong listening skills and be comfortable using presentation equipment.

Education (minimum)

Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
