The provider field representative’s responsibilities include provider outreach in the following areas: welcoming new billing providers, training providers one-on-one; resolving provider billing problems; developing and presenting provider training seminars; actively identifying providers with billing problems to contact and train; developing training materials.
All other duties as assigned.

Education/ Experience Needed: excellent verbal and written communication skills; 1 year customer service experience; healthcare claims processing or medical billing experience.
