Requirements:
Valid Colorado Journeyman, Residential Wireman or Master Electrician license (*Colorado licensing details at bottom of page)
Minimum of 2 years of residential service experience
Must be clean:cut, reliable, and very hard working
Must be drug:free and must be able to pass a background check upon hire
State of Colorado Electrical Licensing :3 Ways to expedite getting a Colorado electrical license:
1. License by reciprocity:
transfers an out:of:state license from a state with a reciprocity agreement with Colorado (no exam required if approved)
for journeyman electrician licenses only, Colorado has entered into reciprocal licensing agreements with the following states:
alaska,
arkansas,
minnesota,
montana,
nebraska,
new hampshire,
new mexico,
north dakota,
oklahoma,
south dakota,
utah, and
wyoming.
applicants are required to submit a completed State of Colorado application for License by Endorsement.
